You + light + this book + glass (the color of opals, rubies,
amethysts, emeralds) more than 30 glowing stained-glass

stained-glass techniques, tools, and projects - like an
apprenticeship in a stained-glass studio, but you set the pace. A
highly readable introduction to a craft on the cutting edge.
144 pgs. (215 color plates, 65 b/w illus.); 8½"x 10".
Almost a perfect work!

I am just beginning in stained glass and found the large color photos
documenting each step of the process to be extremely helpful. This book is
almost as good as having an instructor in the room with you. One additional
item - when you go to buy your tools, ask about the Morton System for cutting
glass - it's an excellent partner for applying what you learn in this work.

One year ago I saw this book in the store. I had no experience with stained
glass, so I bought the book. Read it from cover to cover. Now I do
commisioned work as well as sell in my town and other communities in my
area. Definite 5 stars.
This book is the best one i've come across for beginners.
